“Amazing hotel and place to stay when you work in Helmstedt. Have been staying here for 11 months non-stop and enjoyed it thoroughly. Great staff. Team knows what they are doing it and ensures that stay in Best Western hotel will be up to standard. Rooms on first floor are all great and guarantee very pleasant stay. Highly recommend breakfast here - extremely nice team serving your first meal of the day. My favourite part about this hotel - coffee in the morning which is served at the entrance and you walking out towards wall of roses. Hotel located in very nice and peaceful area but do not speed next to hotel there are 7km/h zones.”

“After a breakdown on the autobahn we had to stay 4 nights. The staff were amazing. Swenja at reception was amazing and translated between the car garage and our insurance company. Went above and beyond to help us. If only everyone was like Swenja! The hotel even when full managed to move rooms to allow us to stay an extra night. Fantastic!!!!”

It was a short walk to the town centre for dinner. We didn't eat breakfast so can't say much about it. The service was great and we would recommend staying here.”
